Meet Our Founder
Dr. Jennifer "Jen" Brown is a team member and builder. From her early days as a military kid playing T-ball to running on her high school track team; from serving with a deployed Army unit, to leading teams today—she loves being part of teams.
Her 25-year leadership journey spans nonprofit and school system leadership, military service, and executive-level system stewardship.
Across every context, she has been trusted to develop leaders, align teams, and move work forward in environments where clarity, accountability, and execution matter.
